The general conditions of sale (hereinafter “CGV”) apply to all orders placed and contracts concluded (hereinafter “order”) via the online store www.clima-pro.ch (hereinafter “ clima-pro.ch"), whose headquarters are located at [Headquarters address].

The purpose of these “general conditions of use” is to provide a legal framework for the use of the site www.clima-pro.ch and its services.

Clima-pro.ch reserves the right to modify the General Conditions. The version of the General Conditions valid at the time of the order applies. It cannot be modified unilaterally for the order in question.

Products

The offer is aimed at natural or legal persons having their domicile or headquarters in Switzerland or in the EU. Products are only delivered to addresses in Switzerland, EU.

The offer is valid as long as it appears in the online store, and while stocks last. Price and assortment changes are possible at any time. The images presented in advertisements, brochures, the online store, etc., as well as all information concerning them, serve purely for illustration and are not contractual. The specific information on the product packaging is decisive.

Price

Prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF). The price invoiced to the customer is the total price displayed when validating the order, and includes delivery costs. The price indicated in the online store at the time of ordering is binding. In the event of a price error on a product, clima-pro.ch reserves the right to modify this price by offering the customer the possibility of canceling their order if the new price does not suit them.

Orders

The display of products in the online store is not legally binding. This is an online catalog presented for information purposes only, in order to invite customers to order the product through this means. Clima-pro.ch reserves the right to limit delivery quantities for certain products and not to make delivery if the order is particularly heavy or bulky.

An order in this context is considered a request to conclude a contract with Clima-pro.ch. After transmission of the order, the customer automatically receives an acknowledgment of receipt, which confirms that the order has reached Clima-pro.ch. The customer can no longer complete or cancel his order once it has been processed in one of our logistics centers.

Payment terms

Orders must be paid directly upon purchase.

Delivery

The customer's delivery address must be in Switzerland or the EU. Delivery costs are included in the price of the products and are therefore not charged in addition to the total amount of the products.

The carrier is chosen by Clima-pro.ch and may vary depending on the products ordered to ensure the fastest delivery available. Clima-pro.ch ensures that the goods ordered on the website www.clima-pro.ch are delivered in good condition, without damage.

Delivery time: 7 to 14 working days. Package preparation: 2 working days.

Responsibilities

These “General Conditions of Sale” determine all of Clima-pro.ch’s obligations and responsibilities regarding the supply of products. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that the items sold may suffer after delivery.

We are not bound by any other warranty, condition or provision than those set forth in this Agreement.

Right of termination

Items must be returned intact and complete, in their original packaging, to the return address.

A right of return is authorized within 7 days following receipt of the package. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs fees may apply, and will also be at your expense.

In accordance with Swiss law, any person who has placed an order on the site www.clima-pro.ch has a period of 7 days to exercise their right of termination, from the date of acceptance of the sales contract, i.e. the date of validation of your basket and confirmation by e-mail that we have received your order and that we will proceed to process it.
