Return conditions

Right of return

Items must be returned intact and complete, in their original packaging, to the return address. A right of return is authorized within 7 days following receipt of the package.

Return fees

Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs fees may apply, and will also be at your expense.

Return procedure

To return a product, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact our customer service at email address contact@clima-pro.ch or by telephone at +41 21 123 45 67 to obtain a returns authorization number.
2. Pack the product carefully in its original packaging.
3. Include a copy of the invoice and return authorization number in the package.
4. Send the package to the following address:

Trades

We do not offer refunds. However, we can replace damaged or defective products. The customer must return the product at their expense to receive a replacement.
